At Maiza Stones, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software or digital products

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Health and personal care items (if unsealed)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at zakiagems14@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Ship the item back to us at:

Note:

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• If the return is rejected (e.g., due to damage or missing components), we will notify you with the reason.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• Check your bank or credit card account again.

• Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at zakiagems14@gmail.com.

5. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at zakiagems14@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect.
